Ancient as Desire

‘Ancient as Desire’ forms a theatrical design of Hilal Polat’s thoughts creating a space consisting of multidimensional installations as a result of the synthesis of forms such as embroidery, sculpture, miniature and light. It opens a fresh window for the artist’s production which is aiming to create a spatial perception. The creatures taking place in the exhibition setup with their different forms and unique attributes search for ways to show their own languages, stories and rights to live while communicating with the viewer.
